Introduction
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Mythos Inc. and anyone who uses or accesses our products, services, or website.
By interacting with Mythos experiences, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and agree to follow these terms.
Services & Scope
Mythos delivers digital products, design systems, and related consulting based on the scope defined in each statement of work, proposal, or order form.
Additional services or change requests may require new timelines, fees, or written amendments agreed to by both parties.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, supply timely feedback, and collaborate in good faith throughout the lifecycle of a project or engagement.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you supply does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Mythos retains ownership of all pre-existing assets, proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools used during a project.
Project deliverables transfer to you upon final payment, subject to any licensing terms outlined in the governing agreement.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within the payment window specified in the proposal or contract, typically 30 days from receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur finance charges or suspension of services until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement and to use it solely for the purposes of the project.
Confidentiality obligations survive the end of the engagement, except for information that becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
Limitation of Liability
Mythos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to Mythos in the twelve months preceding the claim giving rise to the liability.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within a reasonable period.
Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered, expenses incurred, and any non-cancellable commitments made on your behalf.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the governing contract with Mythos, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation before either party pursues mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
Changes to Terms
Mythos may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices.
We will notify you of significant updates. Continued use of our services after updates are posted signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
